The LXA is now the proud owner of an official CANOpen ID. This PR allows devices programmed with this official ID to interact with the iobus-server.

This PR also fixes an issue where the LSS addresses were formatted as four block of decimal numbers, where they should actually be formatted as hexadecimal.
