The Locator button on the devices should make it as easy as possible to match a device in the lab with a device in the Web interface.
This PR allows just that by highlighting nodes in the node list that have the locator enabled.
The choice of colors and the general design is still up for debate.

Please consider merging the lgo/next branch instead of these individual PRs.
