This PR updates the barebox bootloader version on the TAC to version 2024.03.0 and adds support for the most recent hardware generation (Gen 3).

Hi @a3f, would you be interested in reviewing this pull request and also have a look at the ones leading up to this one? We would like to release a new meta-lxatac / tacos stable release containing LXA TAC hardware generation 3 support some time this week to get ready to ship devices, so it would be great to get this reviewed sooner than later.
