meta-labgrid: update and use provided python3-aiohttp-json-rpc #76

The python3-aiohttp-json-rpc recipe we had localy was upstreamed to meta-labgrid, which needs it to provide the included lxa-iobus-server.

Now that labgrid-project/meta-labgrid#44 is merged we can update meta-labgrid and drop the recipe from meta-lxatac.
