Doesn't capture open event when launched from slickrun when there is a modified file open #724

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a file, make a change
2. launch another text file from SlickRun
3. editra gets focus but the file doesn't open

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.89 on windows 7

What method of install was your version installed with

Slick run is a program launcher:

It could be a bug in slickrun, but it's strange as Editra got the focus after 
launching the file, but then it didn't open. Repeating the process after saving 
the currently open file and it opened no problem.

Ah ok. I think this is a duplicate of 713. There appears to be a problem when 
popup dialogs are issued in on activation as may have have been the case with a 
modified file this time.

I am going to merge this issue into 713 as I think both have the same root 
cause.
