"Load last session" option is not worked

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am using Editra 0.7.08.

If I turn on the "Load last session" of Preferences, open some files, and 
restart Editra.
But, those files that were open does not open automatically.

In previous versions, the file was automatically opened.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

IMPORTANT!!! Please answer these questions for any and ALL bug reports

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Editra 0.7.08 for windwos.

OS is windows7.

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?

Binary

If from source: What version of python and wxPython are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.

Confirmed and under investigation

Can work around by doing the following:
1) start editra
2) Ctrl+K (Session manager bar)
3) Select "Default" from list
4) Save session

I selected "Default" on session manager(Ctrl+K).
Editra began to open files automatically.
