editra skips lines between pages in print and print preview

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Filling more than one page with text (>65 lines of Monaco 14pt with my 
settings). 
2. Either "File...Print" or "File...Print Preview"
3. The first page will have lines 1-65, the next page will start at line 75, 
etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: printout/preview of all lines
Seen instead: printout missing certain lines

IMPORTANT!!! Please answer these questions for any and ALL bug reports

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? version: 
0.7.20, OS: OSX 10.7.5

What method of install was your version installed with (Binary/Source)?
Binary

If from source: What version of python and wxPython are you using?

Problem on two printers: DELL 5110cn and Canon MX700. Also same problems when 
printing to pdf. 

I attach an example.
