fix(#145): delete `user_settings` param. #148

This parameter causes the parameter merge not to be completed when LSP Server starts up

The project is automatically formatted according to the style configuration in the directory, if you need to keep the original format I will withdraw the change

I'll test it a bit more and reopen it

This is difficult to approve a merge for me since I'm on vacation and due to formatting changes, every file in the plugin has changed.

I only have mobile phone access for the next two weeks. Can you explain a bit more what this change is doing?
