Summary of changes:

mytelescope.show_results only refresh telescope now, the part of code of show new picker now move to mytelescope.open.
venv.reload rename to venv.load. And, move some condition to mytelescope.open.
delay by 10ms when refresh to achieve a visual refresh effect.

This is really impressive work, thank you!

It feels a lot smoother and better on my machine also actually.

Let me just test it a bit to make sure I cant find any weird bugs, and we get this merged. :)
