Add a right click menu to edit the taskbar settings. #11

When right clicking an empty space in the panel I think a right click menu to edit the settings would be helpful.

I'm planning to implement a right click menu for the panel to pin apps there and display an option to open settings, so yeah, this will be implemented, but not sure about the timeline
