NFSD currently implements the pNFS block/SCSI layout type. Our current family of tests does not have any coverage of pNFS.

Christoph suggests using fstests and pynfs for testing the I/O parts of our pNFS block layout implementation. I need to figure out how to set up a minimal NFSD server within kdevops to enable these tests.
