Add NFS-related LTP tests to kdevops #62

SuSE, Oracle, and Red Hat QA teams run LTP on their product kernels. It seems to find broken stuff on occasion, so we should run it on the upstream kernels as well.

I've added a workflow to kdevops that can run various subsets of ltp, including net.rpc_tests, net.nfs, and net.tirpc_tests.
