Update h264.c #24

Added hack from: http://www.vdr-portal.de/board18-vdr-hardware/board98-arm-co/p1195702-wip-cubieboard-softhddevice-%C3%BCber-vdpau/#post1195702

tested and work's fine with: 576i 720p and one 1080i juweloHD TV-Channel's.

ok juweloHD is not 1080i

it is 720p so it is normal that it work

1080i (1440x1080) does not work.

that is right because it is interlaced. and normally h264.
