fix wic including the device tree file in IMAGE_BOOT_FILES #379

The change for #375 does not work as it does not include the generated dt in the boot parition. This fixes it.

I tested on a opi zero2. I fixed the dts to make USB work in this board. If you are interested I can send other pull request with the patches.
