Adding Hummingbird A20 board support #66

I added the Hummingbird A20 board support. But I use previous u-boot-sunxi code(My archive) to add this board 's support, so that I made some useless commit. Sorry for this s**t.

I suggest cleaning up (squash) your patches and rebasing properly onto the latest commit.
