UPDATE: username@localhost:~> sudo systemctl status iptsd Unit iptsd.service could not be found.
That's confusing since i thought that iptsd was included in the Method.1
If you installed the kernel, the touch screen should be working out of box. You may check the vendor of kernel-default is from my repo. You can easily check and modify that in Yast2 → Software management.
As for stylus, you need to compile iptsd
your own to use pen, I haven't packaged it.

Won't take much time, but some packages' name (dependencies) in Ubuntu (described in compile tutorial) is different in openSUSE, you may need to found correct packages' name to install.
Thank you @TaivasJumala There's a problem that i've found with all linux distro that is a board of more or less 1cm of dead touch screen around the border, but i'll open a different issue for that.
Installed surface-kernel using Method.1 but the touch screen, digitizer, and auto-rotate do not work.
The touch screen is recognized and enabled but doesn't function.
Can't figure out what it could be. May i ask you a little help @TaivasJumala ?
