Remove link to IRC channel #1418

The matrix bridge has been dead for a while and won't come back. And personally I never setup an IRC client to join directly.

Lets just drop the channel and only use Matrix.

Makes sense. I think at this point I also no longer have an IRC client set up, or at least I haven't used it in the last year.
