Provide more configs and/or documentation related to configs

Making everything play nice requires more than a sufficiently patched and configured kernel. In particular, we should document:

• Kernel command line parameters.
• Initram-related configuration options (e.g. mkinitcpio.conf).
• Documentation on adding boot entry and basic installation.
