yum patch + 'make dist' enhancement #1

Hi,

I updated the yum patch for RHEL6.2's yum and did some enhancements so that 'make distcheck' works again. There was added a makefile helper which allows to create snapshot tarballs with 'make dist-snapshot'.

i think daniel does not work with github, i've just pushed the repo here for convenience, so you might be better off with sending the patches to the mailing list.
