util-vserver compile fails when newer linux-headers than 4.9(-ish) are installed #31

This is on Gentoo, but could be valid for other distros also.

The suggested patch makes util-vserver compile even with newer headers. It would be really great to have it included in the master repo (together with the runtime patch fix mentioned in the same link) and have new release.
