Please merge memcpy() fix cc0af5d to 3.x branch #179

As at91sam9x5 is no longer supported in 4.x branch we have to use 3.x branch, but 3.x is also broken since dd4da885b892d772010551c884583212dea89611.

Please merge the fix cc0af5d to keep at91sam9x5 working.
