Add missing newline to code block #77

Looks like SUMMARY.md should get removed? And the Table of Contents can move into _include and then included into every page so there at least is some sort of navigation rather than having to go back to the main page.

Ok, something is rewriting the links in the Markdown (e.g. components/README.md to https://book.linuxboot.org/components/), but whatever is doing that isn't smart enough to rewrite the links of sections that are included with {% include foobar.md %} :facepalm:

I'm going to remove the TOC commits and merge this.

yea we might wish to switch to some tool that produces a nicer output format, see also #22
