board t430-hotp-verification is missing for coreboot 4.13+ #1050

This board will be Whiptail based (No FBWhiptail) and won't have dropbear as a start because of unfreed ME space (7Mb of usable BIOS region instead of 11.5Mb as with maximized xx30 boards).

Was added under #1015 built artifacts. @nitrosimon please test normal upgrade and report here.
