Abstract

I will be talking about the various Linux file systems i.e ext2, ext3, and ext4. This talk will give a brief about how Linux file systems work and what is the basic difference between the above-mentioned file systems.

About

We have often seen many types of the file system when we are installing Linux for the first time and get baffled by it. I was also curious to know what is the key difference between these file systems and which one should I choose. I believe every Linux user should be aware of the filesystems that are used by Linux and how do they work.

Pre-requisites

Should have used Linux, and would be good if they have installed Linux on their own. This will help them relate to the idea of choosing file system while installing Linux.
