Knock out opportunities - A guide for college beginners #38

Abstract We’ll be discussing about various opportunities that are available to an engineering undergraduate from GSOC to RGSOC to the most uncommon ones including hackathons, conferences, scholarships,etc. and tips on how to be more active on various media to find all necessary information. We thought this is important because many of them are still not aware of such opportunities.

About Our talk will include:

Speaker Bio We are Parul Aggarwal and Aishna Gupta with different years of experiences and sharing common interests and beliefs of helping others explore the world beyond! :)

Parul is a second year undergraduate and a web developer. She is an open source enthusiast and loves programming in python. Currently, she is Web Development head at Developers Student Club, BVP (formerly, GDG-BVP) and one of the organizing team members of Mozilla Open Source Club, BVP. Aishna is a graduate from IGDTUW and has been placed in Oracle India, Bangalore. She is an ML enthusiast and has won many hackathons, including Smart India Hackathon( 2017 - First Prize winner, 2018 - Runner Up).
