After upgrading from Deepin 20.9 to Deepin 23, I’ve noticed a change in how Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are handled in the dock. Previously, when I installed a website as an app, it would appear as a separate icon in the dock. Now, clicking on the app results in multiple windows under the Chrome or Edge icon, rather than a separate icon for the app.

Distribution: deepin v23
PRE-REQUIREMENT | 预置条件
No response
STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤
Install a website as a PWA using Chrome or Edge.
Click on the PWA icon on the desktop.
Observe that the PWA does not appear as a separate icon in the dock but under the browser’s icon.
OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果
The PWA appears under the Chrome or Edge icon, requiring hovering over the browser icon to select the app window.
Similarly, AppImage apps appear under the File Manager icon.
EXPECTED RESULT | 期望的结果
The PWA and AppImage apps should appear as separate icons in the dock, similar to how they behaved in Deepin 20.9.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | 额外补充
If the browser is closed and the installed app is opened first, it shows its own icon. However, if the browser is opened afterward, the browser goes into the app icon. Essentially, whichever is opened first, the later opened goes under it.
When using an AppImage app, it combines with the File Manager. The AppImage appears as part of the File Manager, and by hovering over the File Manager icon, the AppImage is available, not as a separate icon.
