100% CPU screen recorder Gif #2678

Closed serial02 closed 2 years ago

Hello Deepin Team

The Gif mode screen recorder on the Deepin V20 1003 is using 100% CPU, causing the entire "system" to crash, making it necessary to turn off the Desktop button, as seen here: https://bbs.deepin.org/ post / 206302 To evidence the above report, follow the image to confirm the above:

Hello, I have seen the issues in Ubuntu-DDE. So it happened both Ubuntu-DDE and Deepin V20 1003. So it seems a bug and I will report that

Hello @juteman

I tested it here twice on Ubuntu-DDE 20.10 and it doesn't have the same problem as Deepin V20 1003 that crashes everything. The CPU in Ubuntu-DDE 20.10 goes up a lot, but it doesn't crash, as can be seen in this gif recorded by the deepin screen recorder.

Hello @juteman

After updating the Deepin V20 1003 this morning here in Brazil this problem with the screen recorder in gif mode and other inconsistencies still persist.

Hello edson, I informed the test engineer yesterday. But she can't reproduce this problem, so we just record this problem. If anyone who has the same problem, we will invest more manpower on this issue.

Can't play?

Just follow the same steps as the video, in the links presented. Open a browser with some tabs open, click on (Screen Recorder), option to mark full screen, click on record, then (Record on the red button). As I said: This only occurs on Deepin V20 1003 and it is a SERIOUS failure (!)

Hello, good news, this is bug we record, and we will fix that.

Hi and in v20.5 this issue should no longer exist. Please consider updating your package and see if that will fix the issue :)

If it still happens on v20.5 or other distro, please open another issue so we can look into it. Thanks!
