hardcoded icons #2770

Hi deepin devs. I'm try added categories icons for control center, but it's not work: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/commit/b6e1aa3afe815c0e2cfaab36fac4da7c5c17346d You can unhardcode icons and use your's as fallback?
