Error opening terminal: xterm-256color #2807

I have problem when I run htop... I get this message: Error opening terminal: xterm-256color

Is this fixable?

command of "htop" is working in my computer.
probably others terminals also have the error due to ur computer. when searching the error message in google, i find that. u can try it.

I apologize... didn't intented to insult you... This "htop" is performed on remote host... it is working for me too... I searched google and founded this

export=TERM

solution that fixes issue but that was not the point of this ticket.... till recently I used fresh installed Manjaro on this same PC... and it worked "out of the box"... so, i guess it is not big deal, but maybe you could make some adjusment in terminal settings?
