Disk Utility's drive list is not expandable

When hovering over the seam that splits the block device list on the left side-panel and the active drive content, the mouse cursor will change to indicate the side panel can be resized, however, it does not seem to actually work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

Open the Disk Utility and hover over the left sidebar seam.

OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果

The left sidebar does not resize for better viewing

EXPECTED RESULT | 期望的结果

The sidebar should resize, as it seems to imply it can.

Using the latest deepin 20.5. Disk Utility 1.3.3.
