Webcam Issue Logitech brio 4k stream #3227

SUMMARY | 问题概要

I have issues with my Logitech brio 4k stream edition camera. It doesnt turn on on biometric authentication, also sometimes doest turn on on meetings using Teams or Zoom. After several PC restart it turns on but later crashes and is not working properly. (Camera is good same PC in windows works perfect)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

  1. I open biometric authentication to register face

OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果

Also web camera makes camera app crash when doesnt turn on so I have to restart PC Screenshot_dde-desktop_20220604135554 And I once managed to catch camera on and registered to biometric authentication then I could not use it because same issue that wont turn on Screenshot_deepin-terminal_20220604143734

EXPECTED RESULT | 期望的结果

Expected result to work normally the logitech camera and be able to auto turn on and off when apps needs it

I know the post, I checked camera firmware is up to date (with windows tool) kernel, I had previously deepin with v5.10 and now 5.15, same problems basically. Configurations I cant really make because when I open an app or terminal that triggers camera, Deepin goes in a block/frozen state where I have to force close all apps and usually even reboot pc to work back to normal. (I barely managed to run log collector and screenshot tool to record somehow, because everything is frozen)
