dde-launchpad no transparency blur and no floating #6890

the dde-launchpad does not have blur effects and it does not float above the dock as the deepin-launcher did. i have the version 0.2.1-1 installed

It's a known issue, and should be resolved in later updates. (beta 3 release will keep the no transparency state)
