@kobe337 6.6.36内核更新至23.01.00.29版本解决 x86架构荣耀笔记本amd显卡黑屏问题，解决arm64架构efi格式vmlinux兼容性问题

研发自测，23.01.00.29 版本不会再出现 amdgpu 黑屏问题。

x86架构，loong64架构，安装校验，版本核对，验证通过 1、回归验证 https://github.com/deepin-community/kernel/issues/304 ， 验证通过 2、回归验证 https://github.com/linuxdeepin/developer-center/issues/9511 ， 验证通过 3、使用amd显卡的设备升级本次内核，验证通过
