Includes a new version of SafeSVG that incorporates a fix for #567

[x] We should get Nicole to test this out before merging.

Issues:

[ ] Nested Pages times out on the main Events listing, however, previous year listings work fine; maybe it's just timing out on the dev instance since it's underpowered.
