Basic code improvement #11

Still not overhaul, basically just making code cleaner. Edited in notepad, not compiled yet.

Note that last 4 commits dropped all build scripts from the project. As they were, with messy code and hardcoded paths, project is not buildable on a fresh computer without removing those anyway.

I cannot accept this, I need those build scripts Please put them back, and just have your local project files do what you want. I need them for my system

You know that some of those comments you deleted are used by Visual Studio? Which is why they are there, in the format they are there
