I found a pretty repeatable bug that's a bit unfortunate. Basically, when I go to recover a vessel it pops up with the error saying I am unable to, and tells me to normal recover (not a huge deal). But this happens anytime you go and EVA constructs using vanilla tools.
TLDR: Unable to recover Vessel
Repat by: Going into EVA, taking off a part and putting on a DIFFERENT part, then recover.
