Possible issue with Configurable Containers #44

I've noticed that when frequently using reusable craft such as shuttles and SSTOs where I've defined custom resources with the Configurable Containers mod that on launch if the Fill Tanks option is used it doubles the resources on all configurable tanks on the craft. EG on my shuttle I've set up the NCS Adapter tank with monopropelant and on the first launch there may be 2 monopropelant resources (one fallible. the other 0% fallible), on the second launch it doubles it to 4. then 8 then 16 etc and if left unchecked causes the .sfs files to inflate and the game to slow down when the craft is in use. it also increases the value of the tank so when scrapping it with 16+ resources it can result in millions refunded.

How to reproduce :

  1. Edit tanks on a part in editor. reduce amount of resource in the tank.
  2. Launch craft and wait for it to be built.
  3. Roll it out using the Fill Tanks option.
  4. Recover to VAB/SPH.
  5. Edit the saved craft.
  6. Check tanks. there should be double the previous resources.

Issue is not with KCT. It's with configurable containers. Resources are being doubled on relading saved games on active vessels
