-Fixed wrong log entry
-Fix JSON format for DISALLOW_VERSION_OVERRIDE
-Removed obsolete AVC.cfg from "GameData/KSP-AVC".
The actual config is located in GameData/KSP-AVC/PluginData. The original config became obsolete during the last update and even though there is no harm, it might be confusing to provide two configs for AVC.
