I went to Minmus with Valentina to scout for a base. Found a good spot, changed vehicle type to rover and finished the mission. Returned home in the same vessel. Build a base contract is still locked because "Must have a scout rover deployed: unmet". Launched a probe to the same location and changed to rover type. Contract is still locked with the same message "Must have a scout rover deployed: unmet". I can't scout for a new Mun base bacause "Must not be constructing another base: unmet".
