Made OX-HEX invulnerable to aero damage #50

Small fix for the OX-HEX breaking in atmospheres despite being a fixed panel.

Can you justify this, please? I don't believe in unbreakable parts in general

The OX-HEX is a fixed, static, surface-mount panel like the OX-STAT with no deployable or fragile components to break off. No other fixed panel I can think of is breakable, and this seems like an oversight.

This doesn't make it invincible at all, but means it won't somehow get broken from flying around with it.
