Option to hide TC button in-flight #10

Have an option to hide the TC button in flight.

maybe also in the editor, or even everywhere-but-the-ksc.

Can't be done. It has to be on either the stock toolbar or the Blizzy toolbar. If Blizzy is installed, you can put it there, and then not show it.
