Request: action group toggles for rover wheel motors #2

And so ... 6 weeks later ... Here's my original request from the forum:

"I've noticed the electric motors of the rover wheels have lost their ability to be toggled through action groups ... could that be interesting to add in a future version? I have much use for it. For example, my synthesizer stopped working with the recent updates."

I also have found a way of making racing cars sound as if they're shifting gears.
