[Feature request] Use axis as button #15

Sometimes it would be useful to use an axis as a button e.g pedal for brakes. I'm thinking that a threshold to activate the button would probably be required or it might be triggered by accident with small movements

Thanks for maintaining such a great mod, KSP wouldn't detect anything at all (on Linux); this saved the day!
