[Request] Allow use of above 20 joystick buttons individually in settings menu #25

The features do not extend to settings menu, which would be very useful for gameplay setup. Changes:

Before:

Action A [JoystickButton0] Action B [JoystickButton1] Action C [JoystickButton0] Action D [JoystickButton1]

After:

Action A [JoystickA 0] Action B [JoystickA 1] Action C [JoystickB 0] Action D [JoystickB 1]

Another difference: press button 21 : nothing happens press button 21 : assigns button 21

I don't really understand what you are referring to in the before/after.

The menu contents after setting up controls, for unmodded and AFBW respectively.

The menu compatibility will allow to use AFBW in settings menu globally.
