Right now, if you want to use a double range (pardon for the lack of a better term) Throttle such as the Thrustmaster 16000M Throttle, which has its Analog Input Range from -1 to +1 (with 0 being dead center), binding the Throttle Axis in AFBW will only use half of the Throttle range unless the user goes out of his way to re-calibrate the Throttle in Controller Config to default the range at -1 or +1. While this works as a solution, it is not particularly elegant.
Suggestion: add a Checkbox to Throttle bindings to use full -1 to +1 range instead of 0 to +1 / -1 to 0.
Edit: Arguably, this could be implemented for all Axis.
