Ensure menu collapses by default and can be expanded #29

Will turn on the menu collapsed by default and provide the hamburger so it can be expanded to ensure it works properly on mobile devices

Resolves #28

lockMenu must be a recent addition to Node-RED so it was missing from the template (which was created with an older Node-RED).
