Update rvc-spec.yml to support AquaHot in latest RV-C spec #32

RV-C spec (11/1/21) was updated by AquaHot to include new PGN's. RV-C can be used by AquaHot Reporter 2.0. Not sure exactly when Tiffin started using Reporter 2.0, but users with 2022 rigs seem to be seeing it.
