Move to ./cmd/sock_stress
the hvsock and vsock packages should compile on all platforms now, simplify the sock_stress code accordingly
Add a TCP over IPv4 and IPv6 based test
Various small fixes and tweaks

Note the command line has changed as well. See README and/or help message for details
