Town spawn #33

Players would be able to spawn in their town homeblock upon death, instead of the server spawn. Maybe even an option to override bed spawns?

Maybe it would be possible to ask the user where they wish to respawn (/spawn server, /spawn bed, /spawn town, /spawn nation?)?
