tray: Switch to symbolic icons #100

Where will we configure it? And should blueberry-tray listen to changes? Right now you have to kill the tray process then restart (or turn tray off/on in blueberry)

It's not really an option for users, it was requested by a distribution, to be able to change the default (with a glib schema override).
